By using the Service, you authorize Bottopia.ai to process your messages, audio, call recordings, and related data to operate and improve the platform. You retain ownership of your content. We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs and they should not be considered professional advice.

5. Messaging, Voice Calls, and Recordings

5.1 Consent Requirements

You must obtain valid consent from recipients before sending SMS messages, initiating calls, or using automated messaging features.

5.2 Opt-Out Requirements

You must honor required opt-out keywords:

STOP – Opt out of SMS messages

HELP – Assistance information

Message and data rates may apply.

5.3 Call Recording

Some calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, or service functionality. You are responsible for informing your users where legally required.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Bottopia.ai for:

Spam or unsolicited messaging

Harassing or abusive communications

Fraudulent or misleading activity

Illegal or harmful actions

Sending sensitive or regulated data without legal basis

Excessive automated messaging in violation of carrier rules

Attempting to reverse-engineer or misuse AI systems

Uploading contact lists without proper consent

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Payments and Billing

Paid features require a valid payment method. You agree to pay subscription fees, usage charges, telecom surcharges, and applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or perfect AI accuracy. Maintenance, upgrades, and outages may occur.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as cloud hosts, telecom carriers, AI engines, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for downtime, data handling, or terms enforced by third-party providers. Use of our Service constitutes agreement to applicable third-party terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
